Special Blessings Inc.

Special Blessings was founded and established by the Executive Director, Roxanna Sinsapaugh. She was inspired by her own son who was born with developmental disabilities. Roxanne recognized the need to provide an outreach program that provides support, educational, and fun activities to families caring for these special loved ones and to assist with home sponsorship opportunities for adults with disabilities. Special Blessings opened its doors to the community and began offering services in 1997. Objectives & Goals… *Strengthen and educate children and adults with disabilities through communication, education, referral services and social interaction. *Encourage families to become active participants within their community and educate others around them. *Assist adults with disabilities in obtaining permanent housing. *Assist adults and children with disabilities to grow to their fullest potential.

Special Blessings is a 501 c 3 Nonprofit Charitable Organization that provides Support, Educational & Fun Activities to Children & Adults with developmental disabilities and their families. Our goal is to educate children, families, and volunteers through Support Group meetings and Community Inclusion. By providing families with information and knowledge, it will empower them to help their children grow to their fullest potential.
