Cerebral Palsy Positive (CPP) is a pioneering 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to transforming the lives of adults living with Cerebral Palsy (CP) by bridging the healthcare gap that arises during their transition from pediatric to adult care. Through our virtual platform, we provide continuous access to high-quality medical resources and advocate for long-term, inclusive healthcare solutions. Additionally, we encourage and empower by sharing fitness, education & employment (FEE) resources, and highlighting achievements of adults.
