Read and Feed

Read and Feed aims to bridge the reading gap by providing children with the resources they may not have access to at home. Our goal is to help children who aren't reading at grade level to gain confidence, while providing a comfortable setting in which to learn.

Using mobile classrooms, Read and Feed provides meals, tutors and books to low-income elementary school children in Wake County. We partner directly with Wake County schools to identify the children we serve and take our program to the neighborhood where the children live.
