We are seeking a volunteer to serve as an Interim Treasurer for the Board of Directors. Applicants need to have experience with all standard accounting methods and practices.
- Serves as financial officer of the organization and as chairperson of the finance committee.
- Works with the President and office manager to ensure that appropriate financial reports are made available to the board for each board meeting.
- Manages the board's review of and action related to the board's financial responsibilities.
- Prepares the annual budget with the Financial Committee and presents the budget to the board for approval.
- Reviews the annual audit and answers board members' questions about the audit.
- Fulfills federal, state and other governing duties of the treasurer.

- Prepare annual and conference budget. Track conference income and assisting with Neon Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Non profit Pivot Table reports usually regarding conference registrations.
- Filing payroll tax returns, 990 and 990T tax returns, state corporate tax income returns. Assist with year-end accounting if necessary.
