It’s the most wonderful time of the year! This holiday season, join us in bringing joy to our community's seniors through Meals on Wheels Durham's 2023 Holiday Gift Program.
Every December, our clients choose a gift from a list of items we’ve selected with their comfort, enjoyment, and wellbeing in mind. These gifts are made possible by the generosity of compassionate folks like you. Here's how you can participate:
- ADOPT A DELIVERY ROUTE: Embrace the role of Secret Santa for half a route or even multiple routes - contribute at any level that's right for you. Your donation will immediately go towards purchasing, wrapping, and delivering special gifts to our seniors, brightening their holiday spirit.
- PURCHASE GIFTS ON AMAZON: Reach out to our Director of Operations, Danielle Corcione, at danielle@mowdurham.org for a list of selected items. Then, either send gifts directly from our Amazon Wish List or wrap them at home and deliver them to the MOWD office by December 2nd.
Holidays are all about togetherness, and we want to ensure that no senior in Durham feels left out or forgotten, especially if they're far from loved ones.
