-A self motivated individual with customer service experience to serve as a link between HAC and vendors. Ideally familiar with the local food truck scene, OR past experience working with food & beverage vendors at events.
-Attend 1-2 meetings per month to plan and coordinate food & beverage vendor procedures for the 2023 Last Fridays.
- Communicate with the food & beverage vendors who are interested in working at Last Fridays via email &/or phone. Maintain organized documentation of all food & beverage vendor communications, outreach, and scheduling.
- Available to attend Last Fridays May-October to ensure the vendors are directed to the correct place for set up & have what they need to be successful. The rest of this role’s time commitment can be flexible to accommodate any schedule.
