- A self motivated & personable individual, ideally with experience interacting with artists and musicians or coordinating entertainment/hospitality at events.
- Support the HAC Program Director in communication needs related to contracted musicians and artists.
- Oversee music tent, lighting, and electric access setup and prepare any requested artist hospitality.
- Greet contracted musicians/artists & direct them to performance areas; assist with performance & production load-out/setup and break-down as needed.
- Available to attend Last Fridays May-October to oversee hospitality and setup needs for contracted musicians & artists. The rest of this role’s time commitment can be flexible to accommodate any schedule.
