Seed Art Share is a non-profit organization that uses unique spaces such as community gardens, historical homes, and parks to showcase performances such as "Moving Pieces", "The Miracle Worker", and "The Many Adventures of Peter Rabbit". We also provide affordable theatre and arts education programs to our community, including workshops, camps, weekly classes, and drama workshops that reinforce academic content. Our mission is to create community through interactive theatre productions, arts education, and parent-artist support programs.
As our organization continues to grow, we are seeking a passionate Treasurer (Chief Financial Officer) to join our team of dedicated volunteers. As Treasurer, you will be responsible for overseeing our financial record keeping, controls and budgeting, ensuring all funds are deposited and disbursed as directed by the Board of Directors, and providing regular reports on the financial condition of the organization. Ideally, you will have experience in finance or business, preferably as a CPA.
