Be the role model your younger self needed! Girls on the Run coaches are trained volunteers who lead a team of 3rd-5th grade participants through a season of powerful and fun lessons for 1.5 hours once or twice a week for 10 weeks. You do not need to be a runner; you simply need to have a desire to support and encourage the next generation. Coaches receive all the tools and support they need and find that they get as much out of coaching as they give. Through our coaching application, you can fill out your availability. From there, we will place you at a school that works with your schedule! The spring season starts February 23 and runs through May 16. Questions? Please email programming@gotrtriangle.org
