Time-In Moms is seeking a reliable, tech-savvy volunteer to help support and maintain the software app we use to schedule services for moms and match volunteers to opportunities.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys technology, problem-solving, and using their skills to help families and communities thrive.
Responsibilities:
- Help maintain and update our scheduling app/system
- Troubleshoot technical issues as they arise
- Improve workflows for scheduling moms and volunteers
- Ensure information is organized and accurate
- Support volunteer-to-service matching processes
- Recommend tools or improvements to increase efficiency
- Help team members navigate the platform when needed
Ideal Volunteer:
- Comfortable with apps, software platforms, and troubleshooting
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Strong communication skills
- Experience with scheduling systems, CRMs, databases, or tech tools preferred
- Passion for helping moms and families through community support
Time Commitment:
Flexible, approximately 90 minutes a week
