Spring Semester Study Buddies

Description

Families Moving Forward is seeking dedicated volunteers to join our Study Buddy tutoring program. Each week, Monday-Thursday from 5:00pm until 6:00pm we provide an hour of one-on-one academic support for the school-aged children in shelter at FMF. Volunteers are asked to help with reading, writing, mathmatics and other skills to help our kiddos maintain their grades and build acdemic confidence! 

Volunteers must be at least 18 years or older and pass a background check before coming on-site. If interested, please reach out to FMF Volunteer Engagement Coordinator, Maryn Leonard at maryn@fmfnc.org
