Volunteers are needed in Durham to help with garden improvement: land clearing, planting, weeding, and general upkeep at the Merrick-Moore Community Garden (2421 Cheek Road) and Club Blvd Community Garden (2415 Glenbrook Drive) on Saturday, May 14th in the morning and afternoon.
Volunteers should wear close-toed shoes and clothes they don't mind getting dirty, and bring a water bottle to help us cut down on waste. Tools and gloves will be provided, but we welcome you to bring your own as well. A hat and sunscreen are also recommended.
