Role OverviewWe are seeking a Volunteer Event Planner to help bring our mission to life through meaningful, organized, and community-building events. This role will support both service day events for moms and community engagement events that help us recruit volunteers, raise awareness, and strengthen partnerships. What You’ll Do
Assist with organizing fundraising events, and service day events
Communicate with volunteers, moms, and partners to ensure smooth logistics
Create simple run-of-show schedules and checklists for each event
Manage event timelines, locations, and supplies
