Volunteer: RSVP Make a Difference by Volunteering with Transitions Life Care!
Transitions LifeCare, a hospice and palliative care organization serving patients in the Triangle and surrounding counties, supports our patients and their families with a circle of physical, emotional, and spiritual care.
Transitions LifeCare's volunteers are an important part of this care and can provide support by:
-providing companionship to the patient.
-sitting with the patient so the caregiver can run errands.
-holding a Veteran's Recognition Ceremony.
-performing other tasks to help our patients and staff.
-providing transportation, opportunities for respite, and specialty services like music, massage and pet therapy.
