SOAR Outreach is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization based in Wake County, North Carolina, dedicated to uplifting youth and families through equitable access to essential resources and opportunities. Since its founding in 2014, SOAR Outreach has worked to eliminate material hardship among low-income and homeless populations—ensuring that every child and families has the basic tools to thrive in school, stay healthy, and build a brighter future.
Our program, Essentials for Empowerment, which provides hygiene kits, school supplies, diapers, clothing, and household goods to children and families facing economic hardship in Wake and Johnston Counties. The organization has distributed thousands of essential items to date, promoting health, educational engagement, and overall well-being among the
region’s most vulnerable communities.
