LGBTQ Center of Durham

Our vision is to create a community where all LGBTQ+ lived experiences are affirmed, supported, and celebrated. We have been serving Durham and the surrounding counites since Fall 2015.

The LGBTQ Center of Durham supports LGBTQ+ people through services, programming, resources, and support networks that center their wellbeing and allows them to thrive. Our programs include: a LGBTQ Youth Center, Giving Closet, Food Pantry, Statewide Non-emergency Survivor Services, Housing and Therapy Navigation, support for legal name change, and for families with transgender youth.
