The 4Change Project, Inc., is a community based organization dedicated to the overall wellness of our clients.

Our mission reflects:

• Our commitment to REACH, advocate, provide employment sustainability training and substance abuse mental health education for young/adult ex-offenders in transition. 
• Raise our client knowledge base including the Disease Concept of Addiction and employment sustainability opportunities that can improve their overall personal growth and wellness.
• Assist our clients in their CHANGE process which is necessary for sustained sobriety and overall success.

We provide:

• Anger Management Education
• Domestic Violence Education
• Brief Intervention Family Care Planning
• Care Coordination
• Family Education
• Parenting Classes

We also offer transitional services to ex-offenders transitioning from prison into the community. The target population is in Wake, Durham and Orange Counties of North Carolina. The 4Change Project, Inc. will work with criminal justice partners as well as faith based and other community partners to provide services to low/high risk offenders.
