Duke Home Infusion provides compassionate, quality home infusion using a multidisciplinary approach and the most effective and efficient utilization of resources to achieve the best patient outcomes. Duke Home Infusion is Joint Commission accredited.

Duke Home Health (DHH) provides home health services for adult and pediatric patients needing nursing, rehabilitation (including physical, occupational and speech language pathology therapies) and home health assistance.

When medically necessary, our services help patients adapt and recover from illness or injury in the comfort of their home.

Our JCAHO accredited home health services are designed to meet the needs of the patientwhile she/he remains in his or her home. With today's shorter hospital stays, many patients benefit from home health services, which may include nursing services, rehabilitation services and/or social work.

In collaboration with the patient's physician, an individualized plan of care is developed for each patient allowing them to remain at home and maintain their independence while attending to their medical conditions.

At Duke Hospice, our goal is to help patients and their caregivers face the end of life with comfort, dignity, and compassion.
 
Duke Hospice provides palliative care to meet the physical, emotional and spiritual needs of our patients and their loved ones. We provide care in patients' homes, nursing homes, assisted living facilities, hospitals, and our hospice inpatient facilities in Hillsborough and Durham. Duke Hospice is JC accredited.

The mission of Duke Hospice Bereavement Services is to facilitate a safe and healing grief process for persons of all ages in the Triangle region who are adjusting to a loss due to death.
