Capital Sportplex Volleyball

Carolina Explosion Volleyball is a player driven club located in Wake Forest NC. The mission behind ce is to provide superior fundamental training in the sport of volleyball while building important life skills such as working within a team unit, remaining humble in victory and strong in defeat, giving back to the community and advocating on behalf of yourself and for those that cannot do it for themselves. We want our players to show strong work ethic, be coachable, embrace selflessness, and demonstrate integrity and respect on and off the court. Our programs will be rooted in developing a strong volleyball IQ and mental toughness while keeping the game joyous and having our teams feel more like a family unit and not just individuals playing a sport together. We are so excited to have Wake Forest and The Factory as our home. If it’s your child’s first time touching a volleyball or if they have competed at the highest level we have a program for them. We allow opportunities for our athletes to give back by volunteering to mentor and coach younger players.
