Be a hero! Volunteer! The BDFNC Family Festival & Walk is a big event, and we need your help. It takes a small army of eager volunteers to make the whole thing hum like a well-oiled machine. On the big day itself, there are tables and other gear to be unloaded and set up, staffed throughout the day, and then taken down and packed away at the end. There are cars coming in and out that need to be directed smoothly and safely. In short, there’s a lot to do.
The event takes place on November 1 at the beautiful Lake Crabtree County Park in Morrisville. We are raising funds to support the Bleeding Disorders Foundation of North Carolina (BDFNC) programs and services, including: Emergency Financial Assistance
Medical ID jewelry Education and support events
Programs for men, women, families, teens, and Spanish speakers
Advocacy
Scholarships and grants
