Families Moving Forward seeks to partner with our local community to provide a memorable birthday party for all of our families to enjoy while they are residing here. Given the financial constraints our families are under, many are not able to provide a birthday party for themselves or their children. However, we do not want our families to miss an opportunity to celebrate their special day. By teaming up with volunteer groups, we are able to provide our residents with a memorable and fun birthday celebration!
Volunteer Responsibilities
The participating volunteer group is responsible for planning and implementing the proposed activity with planning assistance from the Volunteer Coordinator.
Be creative! With the safety, age, and confidentiality of the children in mind, there are a plethora of possible activities available that the families will be thrilled about.
This is a group volunteer opportunity. We would like between 10-15 volunteers to host.
