Hemophilia of NC needs dozens of volunteers on Saturday, October 12, to help with setup and parking, check in walkers, run activities, pass out t-shirts, serve lunch, and cheer on walkers at the annual Family Festival & Walk for Bleeding Disorders. What: The Hemophilia of North Carolina (HNC) Family Festival and Walk is HNC's largest fundraising event of the year. Since 2007, this effort is dedicated to preventing the complications of bleeding disorders. The proceeds will help our organization continue to provide programs and services to our North Carolina community.

Who and Why: HNC has been assisting the bleeding disorders community in the state for over 40 years. We support families through ongoing educational programs, peer support groups, patient advocacy, emergency financial assistance, scholarships and support for summer camps that our children attend.

When and Where:Saturday, October 12th, 2019

Volunteer slots begin between 6:30am and 7:30am and can be from 3 to 6 hours depending on your availability.

Location: Lake Crabtree County Park, Morrisville, NC - Map
Distance: less than 5K with a shorter route available.
