Duke Regional Hospital is looking for support at the Information Desk. Monday - Friday 8am - 5 pm (4 hour shifts)
The position would entail:
- Be able to direct and/or escort patients and families to appropriate destinations.
- Respond to patient, family, and visitors' requests and/or concerns and refer them to the appropriate staff and resources.
- Restock supplies, bag mask, put out magazines, deliver dropped off patient belongings, assemble patient information packets, and folding gowns.
- Arrive on time as scheduled.
- Help patients use the check-in/out system on the kiosk (Information Desk).
