Families Together is a 45-year-old, Raleigh-based nonprofit that works to end family homelessness by helping children and their families with emergency shelter, affordable housing solutions, and wrap-around support services. The Development Committee plays a key role in building community support for this mission.
Families Together is seeking volunteers to join this impact-focused and collaborative committee focused on fundraising, communications, outreach, and volunteer engagement.
Commitment:
One virtual meeting per month (2nd Friday at noon)
Light project-based work between meetings
We’re looking for:
Community connectors
People interested or experienced in nonprofit fundraising and marketing
Volunteers who want to use their voice and network for good
