Hannah's Community Kitchen - Pack & Distribute Food Boxes

Hannah's Community Kitchen at Greater Orange Grove Church needs volunteers to package and load food boxes into cars. The days are the first Tuesday, monthly between the hours of 8:30 -11:30am. Second and fourth Wednesdays at the same time - 8:30 to 11:30 am.

The style is “drive through”.
Some of the duties are:
1) unloading and loading vehicles
2) sorting items
3) bagging items
4) setting up and taking down tents
5) setting up and taking down tables
6) lifting heavy Commodity Senior Food Program boxes; app. 10-15 lbs each
7) crashing boxes
8) placing trash on back of truck

The location is 5524 N. Roxboro Road at Orange Grove Missionary Baptist Church from 8:30 am- 11:30 am.
