Major Objectives: Ensure that guest voices are heard and respected by gathering feedback from families staying in shelter.
Qualifications:
- At least 25 years or older
- Pass a background check
- Strong listening and communication skills
- Basic technological knowledge and strong grasp of English language written and verbal
- Empathetic, nonjudgmental, and culturally sensitive and ability to remain discreet
- Comfortable working in a residential setting with individuals experiencing homelessness
- Access to reliable transportation to and from Families Moving Forward
