Volunteers are needed to help with SAF's End of Summer Celebration on Saturday, August 4. This is a very special event celebrating SAF's work improving farmworkers' lives with young activists. This year SAF is connecting 5,000 farmworkers with legal, immigration, education, health and organizing support while mentoring students to find their place in social justice. SAFistas will share new documentary work and a short skit, as well as lead participants in a participatory theater workshop.
We need help with set-up, attendee registration, children's activities, and clean-up. Volunteers are invited to enjoy food, music, dancing, and connecting with other SAF supporters before/after their shift.
